I met Katherine in December last year, at a time that I was in complete despair with my physical appearance, relationship with food and complete exhaustion. I was tired all of the time and addicted to caffeine and sugar. I felt completely overwhelmed at the task in hand – to lose ten stone.
From the first conversation I had with Katherine, I felt completely at ease. We hit it off. Katherine is very easy to talk to, understanding and encouraging. I felt supported, comfortable and took the next step to meeting her to design a bespoke plan just for me.
The plan is easy to follow, contains realistic and achievable goals and is entirely focused on my needs and lifestyle. I have now been on plan for just over a month; I have lost 12 pounds, I am no longer addicted to caffeine, sugar and refined carbohydrates and have been wheat and caffeine free since 7 January. I feel so much better. I walk 10000 steps a day and regularly attend the gym. My relationship with food has changed – I take the time to plan my nutrition which is nourishing, healthy and vibrant food. I look forward to shopping day.
I have committed to work with Katherine throughout 2015 and look forward to our catch ups. What has been particularly useful is feeling that she is approachable at times of temptation – a simple call or text and words of encouragement is often what I need. She is helping me to slowly rebuild my self-esteem and belief in myself. I couldn’t recommend her more. Go for it!
